Ht. 4'8", Start: 143 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 75 lb - hey im trying everything i can but its RAINING ALL the time so can someone give me some tips for indoor weight loss BESIDES using on demand workout vids. ugh my friend is 80 lbs and she thinks shes fat its so annoying!!! any way to get her to stop??? thanx peace out <3

do 30 sit ups a day run 10 times up and down your stairs and if you live in a flat run up and down your corridor, do plenty of star jumps. do not eat as much as normal

Try running up and down your stairs and walking around your room. If you want to lose in your legs, do squats.
