Ht. 5'1", Start: 148 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - Hey~ Well, I really wanna lose 23 pounds. I began to eat less than normal. I'm also exercising a lot more. When summer starts, I will be going to a gym in the mornings(I'm taking aerobics and weight-lifting.)This takes about 2 hours. I hope to reach 125 pounds by September. If anyone has any advice, please let me know. THANKS~~!

dont eat less that usally, just eat fruit for breakfast with a fruity drink, if you get hungary eat more fruit of drink water. do plenty of sit up, star jumos and running but believe in your self
