Ht. 5'5", Start: 140 lb, Today: 130 lb (BMI %tile: 77), Goal: 110 lb - Hello guys and girls. So, most of you guys ask for tips in how to lose weight, so here is how to do it.
1. Drink a cut mof water befor ever meal. Be sure the water is as cold as you can make it.
2. Run, jump rope, dance, do something to burn callories. Soing sit ups will not make you lose weight, it makes you build muscel under your fat so you will look bigger.
3. when you serve a meal, surve what you normal would eat, then put half of it back. this will train ypour stomic to eat less.
4. Dont snake on junk, instead eat fruite or animal crackers.
5. EAT BREAKFAST. When you eat breakfist, it makes you metabolism speed up and burn callories through the day. Also, you will eat lesss at lunch.
6. When you are hungry, eat a mint or chew gum. This will make the the hunger go away.
7. When you are hungry, talk to a friend. YOu wont want to leave the conversation to go get food.
