Ht. 5'3", Start: 148 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 123 lb - I'm overweight, but it's mainly my lower part of my stomach(below the belly-button.I GOTTA LOSE 25 POUNDS IN 83 DAYS!(June 4-August 26.)Please give me some advice! I want to look good for next school year~

my dad says a healthy weight depends on your height it dosen't it matter what you look like and it dosent matter how much you eat it matter what you eat istead grabing chocolate grab some strawberries instead of grabbing cheetos grab celery and fat free ranch dressing some times yu may wanna watch tv go head there is a way to stay healthy and watch tv at the same time run in place while you watch tv staying healthy can be fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HERES WAT TO DO!!!!!Cut back on sweets,go walk or some kind of movement,eat alot of fruits and veggies,you need all food groups but cut back on fatty things like meat,drink lot of water,if you can't give up soda try diet,its workin for me.GOOD LUCK!!!!!
