Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - Hello...I'm 150 pounds, and my goal is to be 120 pounds! I know 30 pounds is a lot to lose {for me anyway} I hope to be this weight by August 20th. I am going to do swimming starting on Monday {until the end of summer}. I may -or may not- go to a gym to work out. Could I get to 120 pounds by my deadline?????? I need advice! Please help me! I will greatly appreciate it.....:)

Okay,if you really want to lose wieght,heres what to do....
Play basketball,jump rope,and swim all the time,I love swimming and do you know how many calories you lose when you swim. i would give anything to be able to swim .

hey isabella im 11 and 129 do SWIM TEAM!I garentie you it will work it helps me!also drink a lot of water!GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
