Ht. 5'4", Start: 131 lb, Today: 154 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 125 lb - I want to be a ballet dancer, but I don't want to be the biggest one there. I really want to be good. I know that all ballet dancers are supposed to be skinny, or reasonably thin. My family tells me that I'm too big, and at first i liked the way I looked, but now I see that they're right. I hope to start ballet soon, and summer is also coming up. I really need to lose this weight not only for dance or just looking good in the summer time. I want to do this for ME!!! It's a goal that I've set for myself and I want to achieve it. (PLEASE HELP ME)!!!

just run a mile a day. this is what motivates me (stupid) lol but i write it down in my diary and everyday i do exercises i cross it out! its stupid but it makes me feel good becuz i exercised. you should write what u wanna do for a week and cross out the exercises you had done.
