Ht. 5'3", Start: 140 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 126 lb - Okay so thanks to all the people that gave me advice on my other post~! i really aprecciate it. well my mom said that i can start going to the gym in June 20. because right now i am involved in a lot of things. i am going to do the sit ups and crunches and pushups though. i am trying to eat healthier. When i go to the gym in June 20th and do it all until August 26th do any of you know if i could lose about 15 pounds? (i changed my goal to 126lbs.)

Yeah,the BMI test was a bit harsh.It told me that i was obese to .I don't trust it.

Wow, we are about the same in everything-height,weight,goal weight,and age.
I think if you exercise in the gym and do crunces and push ups and combine that with healthy eating you will be able to lose 15 pounds. I wish you the best of luck!
