I suggest you basically do what Jessica told you to do. If you have a backyard, try running laps around it until you feel like you can't run (but can still walk). If you do this every day, you'll lose weight and be a better runner!

start with smal things each day like instead of chips I have cucumber with cottage cheese with chives in it and instead of getting a ride to school (providing you dont live far away from school)ride a bike or walk and build it up as you go also instead of having a goal to lose heaps of weight take that goal and put it into smaller goals it is alot easier! luv jessica
