Like erica said find a alternative to everything like you want to watch tv and you might feel hungry so invite a friend or sibling for a game like badminton and then get something like crackers with cucumbers and cheese for somthing to eat.

dont eat junck food i know its hard but possible.And when you are borded dont eat or watch TV ,toss a ball to the other side of your yard,run to go get it and keep doing that.GOOD LUCK
