Ht. 5'3", Start: 178 lb, Today: 198 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - so if you noticed i gained 20 pounds... in like 4 months.. i got more strech marks... right in the front of my stomach and on my thighs.. i feel really fat.. i added some material to some of my pants cause im too embarased to ask my mom for more... help me.. im so depressed and i just keep eatting..

Don't put yourself down you need to see beyond negative. Be positive find something you love about yourself and hold on to it. Don't allow yourself to be depressed before you put something on your plate think is this going to help me to meet my goal. Take any positive energy you have and leave the negative behind, don't ever let anyone say your not good enough cuz you can be. If you hear anyone snicker in your direction think about it and realize that you can use that as motivation wether they know it or not make that have you strive to be healthy.
