Ht. 5'5", Start: 156 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 145 lb - i hate being over weight it stinks. all my friends are thin as sticks and im a giant.i am trying to lose weight but im a pikky eater i hate vegtables and i only eat apple and strawberrys does anyone have any advice?

okay heres my advice: stick to a regular excersize plan. something small to start with obviously, but keep it going. maybe do some crunches, jumping jacks, push-ups, etc. small things that you will be able to do in the comfort of your own home. its not a miracle but when im having a bad daywith eating, excersize always helps at least a little, and it makes me feel better you know? haha; well keep in touch, i think we could do well if we help each other (:

ur like me im not picky though i lyk veggies and fruit alot its just the problem for me is splurging just stick with it belive that u can do it ur the only one holding u bak

Try eating the same foods you usually eat, but in smaller portions. If you eat a lot of chocolate try cutting that out to only 2 bars per week. Make yourself grilled chicken ( you can even put a sauce in it for more flavor. Also if you like a sport, practice it (like dance or soccer, etc.)And you said you like strawberries so try cutting about 6 up and putting some Splenda sweetener ....hope i help
