Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 84 lb - I am overweight people look at me while I'm walking down the corridors in my school and it's very embarassing. Please help.

Id suggest start off slowly like lets just say you eat 3 cheese burgers 2$ of chips and some coke for dinner start off with taking a cheeseburger and putting on pehaps a homemade cheeseburger but use alternative ingrediants like instead of normal cheese use cottage or cream cheese or those little slices you can get in those boxes and make the patty out of lean beef. etc with exercise start with a five minute walk and then a 10 or something like that.:) Merry Christmas
