Ht. 5'3", Start: 136 lb, Today: 136 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - I weighed myself today and figured out tghat my scale was like 5 pounds over from the 0! so I weigh 136 but i still need to lose weight...if yall have and ideas, i would like it....

Well even though i'm just overweight by about 15 still OVErweight!!!!

Yeah .....well since Thanksgiving is coming up and this week there's no school, i'm trying to eat healthy and exercise (;like sit ups while watching a movie)......

Well that's exciting. just make sure you continue eating right, and exercising a bunch, especially cardio.
