Ht. 4'11", Start: 179 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - i hate that i'm fat or obese what ever you want to call it so im going to STOP eating or start fasting for 2 weeks and exercize daily for 3 hours and 35 min.

Nononono fasting is not good when you're doing it like that. If you don't eat you'll get fatter, because you tissues won't get enough protein and that won't help if you fast! Please don't! You need to eat a good portion of food. DO NOT skip any meals. That will do the same thing. Eat every meal and exercise daily for about an hour. Don't eat a lot. Eat a good portion of food, and of course eat vegetables!

I like the exersising part, but are you really not eatin! Or did you mean eating less, that's the better choice. Well, anyways, I would eat things like soup,smoothies,and cheerios. Good luck,Nikkita!

You won't lose weight...
It will slow down your metabolism when you start eating again your body will store EVERYTHING you eat as fat in order to prepare for the next starvation period. I'm sorry, but it's dangerous and stupid.
Just go on a normal safe diet. Cut out junk food and eat a balanced diet and exercise for an hour everyday.
It's not worth screwing up your entire life over.
