You need to be doing aerobic exercises, exercise that gets your heart pumping and you breathing heavy, like running, or jump rope, or dancing. And you need to do it for 30 minutes straight, even though you will feel EXHAUSTED. If you don't work hard then you won't lose wieght, that's all there is to it.
