Ht. 5'2", Start: 138 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 106 lb - So, im emma, and im 12 years old. 5 foot 2, and 138 pounds. the average weight for me is 99 pounds, according to MY stats, soo, that makes me 39 pounds overweight. everyone at my school calls me obise, and by the end of winter, i am hoping to lose atleast 15 pounds. if i can keep going with that, i will lose even more than the 39 pounds quickly. i have taken all suggestions, but have never actually followed wiht it. if anybody wants to help me out, and has an AIM [aol instant messenger], then mine is xocherryxbomb263. add me and please help me out, u no? ask me wut ive done today and suggest wut i should do. i dont belong to a gym, so i cant just go to one. my family doesnt have that much money, but i can buy certain foods and go for walks or runs with my brother and neighbors. please help me. iHATE being fat. worst feeling ever. fat's real unattractive, too, and almost every girl in my school has had a boyfriend. im one of the girls who hasnt. i mean, fourth grade boyfriends dont count. Don't worry too much. I looked it up, your only about 14-17 pounds overweight.
It's really easy to lose all that. Watch your food and workout. Plus, remember important rules like meat is not supposed to be the main part of the meal, more like a side. Also, look up a food pyramid for your age, you will find exactly how much your supposed to eat everyday.
