Ht. 5'11", Start: 200 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 160 lb - eh i wanna lose weight but i have a problem i drink starbucks everyday.. im adicted. and i love cupe cakes i eat 2 or3 a week.. ugh i need help

Start by eating a cupcake on Friday and have on Sturbucks on Saturday, then a cupcake on Sunday. Then slowly replace your coffee with unsweetened ice tea or a homemade smoothie and then have one cupcake only on Friday. Also, check out http://www.vitalicious.com/, they sell so many yummy trest that are way healthier than cupcakes! Best wishes!

I love starbucks too but the have this cold coffee....its call a moca it only has like 170 callories in it. Its where they keep the cold stuff, with the water. Its in a glass bottel. They have plain and moca which is chocalate. THe plain probably has less callories....GOOD LUCK
