hi im alex im a girl and im overweight acording to the Weight Calculator i think im pretty in the face butim fat and im sick of it sometimes i wish i was never born my doctor has told me to lose weight but every time i try it always comes back i was getting thiner but i got fatter agian im 5'6 and im 13 years old i dance sometimes please reply ~Alex~

I am almost 200lbs my friend grace is as skinni as a door and she only weighs 110 or 105 and she is freaking out about losing weight cuz she thinks she is fat?!?!?!?

k then. Well always eat half of everything and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Drink water instead of soda. Walk for about 30 minutes a day. Play sports and excersize for about 20 minutes before you go out to walk.
