keep a spiral and write down what you ate and how many calories and at the end of the day add it up and if its at your goal then you already have a start.

Don't hate yourself. When you watch t.v. during the commericals jog in place, do jumping jacks, or even sit ups.It won't work right away but if you continue it will. also try to eat less or more healthier foods.

u should start off with a smaller goal of about 10-15 pounds, it is a lot easier that way
