ok.... i havent weighed myself for a while but im still between 160 - 162 some where between there i want to get down to 100 lbs! im going to go for a walk/jog everyday and go on the gazzelle at least 1 mile a day im going to make myself do that everyday along with pushups situps and some other stuff along with eating healthy any tips? thanks good luck everybody :)

montana, all you need to do is exercise and eat healthy. you should jog for about 10 min., do 25 pushups, 35 crunches, and eat a healthy breakfast, dinner and lunch. for breakfast you should lay off the carbs. you should replace it with a low fat parfait and fruit. eat what you would normally eat for lunch and dinner just eat smaller portions of it and drink lots of water> GOod luck!!!!! =)

now, dont fight children. eat 1200-1400 cals per day, and WORKOUT a half hour a day. you would be amazed how much u can burn on a treadmill.

its like a tread mill but exept u dont walk on it i cant explain sorry well u walk on it but i cant explain sorry
