Hi, I'm Chrissy and I am 5'2 and I weight 143 pounds. Is that bad?? Be honest. I wanna be down to like 95 or 105 the most. Have any tips??

Dear Chrissy my wieght is 125 and i am 12 years old i have been exercisin and eat good foods like i.e. i choose peaches over ice cream. I lost about 3 pounds. ive been doing this for four weeks. people say that when your hungy just drink water .

hey..im clare and im 13 and im 130. i dont think youre fat at all,maybe pudgy.... but thats healthy! so if you feel really self concious... just count the calories!

Well, you also have to eat less and play,run,swim,arobics, ect... for at least 30 to 40 minutes three to five days a week. Working out to much is not healthy.
