Hi, I am overweight severly and I need help to shed some pound before the summer gets here I weigh 250and I'm only 11. Please reply to help me lose weight. I want to lose 150 pounds. thanks always.

Whoa!!!! Don't listen to Scott, that's being anorexic! Just eat in moderation and exercise. If you want, join a Weight Watchers club

ok seriously dont go with out eating for a few days u can try a diet like weight watchers south beach atkins fruit and veggie or something get a good amount of exerise a day like an hour a day at least not counting p.e good luck! :)

just go without eating for a couple days and work out for 2-3 hours at a time. trust me i'm a wrestler I know.

First of all Brittany I am verry glad to see that you are setting a goal for your self and that you are working hard to acheve it (i hope). But I also think the you need to start with a different approach. I also hope that your parents knwo you are going on a diet. 150 lbs. is too drastic. Mabey you should set this as your long term goal. But in order to achieve a long term goal you have to set a short term goal too! Its almost like going up the stairs. You cant get to the top with out going up the steps. To start out take it one day at a time. And beleive me dont expect to see immediate results. IT takes a while. Try to loose like 3-5 lbs at first. and if you stick to it before you know it you will have reached your goal. But really, dont expect to loose it all right away.GOOD LUCK!
