Hey you guys I just found out that if you don't eat breakfast thats bad. I learned that breakfast is what boosts you metabalism and thats what helps you loose weight. So eat a HEALTHY breakfast.

I always skip breakfast because i thought that how to lose weight. But i haven't lost any. I guess it only works for some people. So if skipping breakfast isn't working for you then start eating it!
