Hey the best way to loose the weight is to eat three meals a day!!! Including breakfast because it will hold u over till lunchtime! The less u eat the slower ur metabolism is and that is not good! Plus when you eat less you are mor hungry and ur are more likely to eat more! Plus you should at least exercise 30min. every three times a week! It will speed up ur matabolism and will tone you up it! If you need support just let me know im here!!!
