Can anyone tell me how to lose 30 pounds please!

Hello Kaeli
The best advice you can get Kaeli is to eat 6 small meals a day incorporating 3 pieces of fruit, low-fat cheese and low-fat yoghurt. Lots of vegetables. Try to eat wholemeal(grain) breads/crackers, low-fat meats including tuna and up to 3 eggs a week. Lots and lots of water!!!! Water will flush out the fat when you are eating healthy. Carry a bottle of water with you at all times and refill it when empty. If you can incorporate some light weights every day that is good. If you cant get hold of any light weights use two cans of soup/baked beans. You MUST also walk at least 20 minutes a day working up to 30 minutes a day - even up to an hour a day. This is extra to walking to and from school. What you need to do to lose weight is 'extra' exercise to what you normally do because your body is used to what you do now. You need to spark your body so to speak. Your weight will come off in no time. The first thing you will 'feel' is MORE energy, a clear mind and you will feel happier! Good luck.

Hey my name is Lauren and i'm not over weight but i'm not skinny either and i think i can help you..... Try not to sit on the couch all day and eat potato chips.... The best thing for you to do is walk or run.But i hear that walking is better because you keep your pace and you don't run out of breath as much....and try to keep a well balanced diet. If you drink water that would be better cause there is not any carbs in water it is just minerals. Well goodluck...... BYE!!!!

its me again i dont mean to be annoying but, i just wanted to tell you to hang in there and i beleive that you can do it, but the most important thing is that you should to!!!!! now all you have to do is hold you head up high never listen to people who insalt you on you weight , just say high you to okay nice seeing you bye..... dont get hit by a truck then walk away. thats wht i say l.o.l!!!!!!

hey,
im chel l. and i saw your s.o.s!!a you see i was a size 7 but now im a size 9. you see its easy for me because i take pills for a,d,d and that helps me loose a couple of pounds. but i dont realy on that i still exersize and sometimes eat healthy food. what i do is i watch t.v cammersials and work out videos i see the moves that they do then i take the ones i like and think that can help me and i put them all together then pow iv made my own workout its great i can do it anytime i want and its great.
