Hello Montanta
Eating fruits and vegetables is fantastic! And eating lots is even better. You should try and incorporate some low-fat meats (chicken without skin, tuna, ham, up to 3 eggs a week, a handful of nuts etc) into your diet for protein and iron (energy). You will lose weight and have energy at the same time. You also need calcium in your diet, so one slice of low-fat cheese and a tub of yoghurt every day will help you with this requirement. Fruits and vegetables do have calcium and other vitamins in them but not enough to meet your bodies needs. When your body is not getting what it requires you then start to crave food. And when you start craving foods thats when we start to eat foods that she shouldn't. Good luck with the fruit and vegetables! You are on your way to optimum health!
