ugh, i cant stick to fruit and veggie oh well w/e with that diet!!!!! i will just try and eat right and exersise everyday for an hour a day.... i want to be 115 lbs i am 160 and 5ft any tips at all please help.... thanks everybody and good luck with your diets

hey its chel l.
look dont feel bad but i weigh a 117 i know how you feel!:( but hey think about this you dont have to sit there and jog in place and stuff like that.do u know that you exercise every day whithout even doing anything!!! you see you loose 1 calorie per a couple of steps,how easy is that.tink youmust go up stairs walk to the bathroom run out side whith you friends right!! and another thing is that dont waist your money on yousless workout tapes.what i do is that i look on camersalls on t.v get it from friends or movies i get the diffrent kind of moves that help you burn fat and i put them all together them "bam" iv made my own work out plane!!! it realy works and dont foreget move at your own place and always drink 7-8 glasses of water a day..just incase every body or work out videos why do they tell you 7-8 glasses of water. because when you go pee your loosingfat and water not soda or milk not even diet soda an do what the water does the water grabes some of the fat from your body and then you pee it out
