okay i read all of the other peoples messages to you that didnt help you at all!!! right? i mean come on "we already know that i need to excise to loose weight" your probablly saying that right! lol do you know that you loose atleast between 30 to 200 calaries a day just by walking to the bathroom or runing to get in the lunch line......!!!!!!! remember EVERY step counts weather its chancing your little brother aroun 4 the remote, or walking the dog or sharpining a pencile. and i know every one tells you this but "TRY" to drink 7-8 glasses of water a day.why? well because when you drink water it grabes some of your fat then you get rid of it like peeing it out!lol!. well write to me good luck

Just watch what you eat. Don't eat too much so that your too full,just cut it in half and save the rest for later.Don't eat late at night.Also, do exercises.
