i try to lose wheight and ive don it before but i gan it backi need a lifestyle plain to keep it down

Lifestyle Plan: exercise every day and eat low-fat healthy food!
We all slip up sometimes but if you try and put in 100% every day you will succeed in weight loss and then weight maintenance!
