You should try to run more often and join sports team unless you don't want to then play sports with your friends

Um, I jsut wanted to say, try different things. Like Callenetics, or getting a trainer, or something like that. I found Callenetics sorta work for me, I lost 7 pounds from them. Make sure you get at least 8 glasses of water a day. Try not to drink Coke or Pepsi products because 1 can equals 37 glasses of water that will be needed to equal that can of pop. Try going vegetarian. Like eat beans and other things for protein. :)

Ohh, first of all, how tall are you? If you really are overweight, just calm down, don't panic, and stop eating so much, try to excercise to burn all the fat. When your face is red from excercising, you'll feel surprisingly healthier. Well that's my opinion. Just excercise and eat smaller portions of food. You'll do it!
