hi i want to loose at least 30 punds before next june and i need help doing that. i walk about a mile each night and i eat healthy and i need to look good in a bathing suit!!!!!! i wiegh like 150 and i want to wheigh 115 to 120. if anyone has any tips, PLEASE put something up.

Hey Gurl! Losing 30 pounds by June is a GREAT goal! I know you can achieve it, if you really try! Maybe you could get a workout partner. Try eating smaller proportions of food. Listen to your favorite music while you exercise and find exercises you enjoy. You could invite dome friends over and play some games outside. You might also want to try doing 20 crunches in the morning and then 20 before you go to bed. Also most importantly maske sure you eat breakfast and dont eat anything after 7:00 at night. Also try to food your food 20 - 30 times. Always drink water if you can and if you drink soda then make sure its diet. Well i hope this helps! Remember to read my post below yours okay.
