i am twleve years old and want to lose some weight before summer so i can fit in a two piece. i have problems resisting junk food and need a filling substitution. i also need some ideas for what to pack to lunchkatie

ok i suggest u start drinkin lots of water and cut down on the fizzy drinks. When u r hungary 4 a snack eat a piece of fruit. For ur dinner eat the same things but half the portion and add lots of vegetables to it. For luch pack a roll with chicken or ham and lots of salad in it or u can have the same but in a tortilla, have 2 pieces of fruit another botlle of water and say a small chocolate bar 4 a treat i hope everything goes well good luck xxxx
