I am 170 also! Anyway well you can do about 20 to 30 m inutes of cardio and do 50 sit-ups and 20 push-ups every other day. Do it every other day so your body and muscles can rest in between. And for diet just watch what you eat. Cut down on your portions sizes, eat more fruit and vegetables, and cut down on your sweets (coke, cookies, cake, etc.) That'll help alot, so i hope this works for you.
