Over the last couple of months i have been gaining weight and so far i have gianed 15 pounds. i went over my friends house and we ate oreos i had 7 oreos and she had 3 and as son as i reached for my 7th oreo shes like so how much weight did you gain over the summer. i was already a little soft around the edges (as my docter put it lol) my mom just orders in so i always have pizza hut or chinese or something and im afraid to tell my mom i told my mom i want healtheir choices and she just laughed. i weight 143 pounds and when i wear my clothes from last year i leave hte button open because other wise it doesent fit. i have huge rolls and i really want to stop gaining weight but then i dont. its weird its like i care but i dont. ill be really mad or w.e that im overweight and then ill just eat a lot because i dont care....i dont know what i shoudl do

i had the same problem but i talkted to my parents and then we agreed no more unhealthy food, tell your parnets that you wana become healthy and dont take no 4 an answere, or you could make your oun salads and just dont eat the food

I feel so bad for you. I f you want to lose weight healthily, try energyup.com. I lost about 15 pounds when I was your age. I know how incredibly cheesey it looks, but the principles are good ones. Eat whole wheat and lots of vegetables, fruits and salads.

I know I am not supposed to be here, but I just have a quick suggestion: If your mom won't get you healthy foods, just eat a smaller portion of the takeout. Imagine something like this: one piece of pizza has the same amount of fuel in it as 3 apples. If you eat 3 slices of pizza, that is 9 apples! Do you need 9 apples for dinner? Try just having 1 and 1/2 slices of pizza, and maybe then cut it down to 1 after a while. Hopefully your mom will start buying you fruit and veges and stuff soon!
