well.. today i ate 2 cookies 1 pepperoni stick some little candys a packet of top ramen and thats all so far not dinner yet.. i did crappy today hopefully i will do better tomorrow for exersise i walked to a store 1 mile got a pop kinda bad then walked 1 mile back and i rode my bike a little today and jumped on my trampoline alot today... how do u guys think i did? i think i did really bad hopefully better tomorrow im going to weigh myself for sure tomorrow.

u did good dont starve ur self u could get sick if u change the amount u eat to fast i tried it and got sick so u did wonderful and its good when u get thristy drink but try to drink water and good job with the exercise. how long u been working with this loosing weight thing cause if u have been not letting ur self eat sweets once in a little bit let ur boby have a little bit of junk food or a candy bar.
