Hey, only weigh yourself once a week. You're body weight is different every day so itll look like ya have gained lots when really you didn't your bodys just workin or...somein. N-E-way just weigh youself once a week.

thanks for the advice but im already on a fruit and veggie diet and my mom is on one to thanks for the advice

One thing dont drink anymore pop and drink plenty of water. Try to set a goal and then figuer out what your gonna do to reach it. Make sure to get at least 30 min. of exercise each day and also you might want to go on a fruit and veggie diet and make sure you dont eat to little and dont go over 1500 cal. in a day. Do your best and try really hard. Ask your parents for advice they can do a lot of help. They might even go on one with you for encouragement. :)

Montana just 3 days ago you were 152lbs and today you are 160lbs.I dont think its possible to gain 8lbs in 3 days.Maybe your scale is wrong.I dont think that soda is going to make you gain weigtht. But ne ways good luck!
