Today I went to te doctors cuz i had a ear ache and they ook my height and weight im 5'3 1/2 and 181 lbs worst o all my mom know and she was shocked now she knows my rea weight and i have to go for a physical soon I for got what a physical was can someone explain to me? and today i only had 290 calories im thinking i might eat l8er im to overwhelmed with the panright now so wish me luck with my mom.

i had a sports phisical. It shouldnt be that differnet from that one. U take ur shirt off. They check ur chest for lumps by pressing on them. Then they tell u 2 touch ur toes and com eup strait and slo 2 c i fur going strait. THen they put their handds on ur stomach to check 4 lumps again. Then they put their hands in ur private area 2 check for bumps and lumps. After that they might draw ur blood depending on how u did on the physical. Im sure that wont. They draw ur blood 2 c how much of this stuff u have in ur blood. Im not really sure wat it is but i no i fu dont have enough of it they have 2 do something. But im not really sure. So u really dont hav 2 worry about anything. U will b ok. I calculated something up u should be eating between 1250 calories 2 1810 calories. Please something on mine. Its on page 8. A physical is when a doctor of your gender checks to see how your developin. Its no biggie. At first it SUCKS & your nervous but iitll b ok if you know da doc.

a phisical is when the doctor checks ur private part and sees if u have an infection and checks if u havent broke or fractured any thing its just like a chech up but dont worry its all done by ur gender.

The way you are eating calories is very unhealthy you should never only eat 290 calories in a day that is how you become anorexic. If you want to lose weith the proper way you should have about 850 calories a day and exercise for 30 minutes every day

Hey I know who you are, you put nearly the same message as this one on the teen bulletin board, anyway, just eat sensibly and excersise. That's probably the only way to lose weight safely.
