Hey guys. I really need your help! I am 5' 4.5" and nearly 190 pounds. My parent's wedding (they are getting remarried) is in 36 days. My dress is a bit snug. I was wondering if you could give me any tips on how to tone up and maybe loose some weight by then. I know I can't loose excessive weight in that amount of time so please don't respond saying that my goal is unreasonable. I'm not expecting a lot from this, but anything to boost my self confidence would be great since I am performing at the wedding too. Thanks for your time! *TAYA

Oops. I acidentally put 13. I am actually 12. I'm 13 in about a month.

If you want to tighten up asnd slim down your stomach area you should do sit ups because they accually widen your stomache yopuso do crunches. If you want to tone up your tighs and legs you should try sqauts and lunges. If you need help with antoher area just im me at BoyCrazyinPhilly and we can talk
