i just figured out that on spring break me and my moms friend and her daughters r going somewhere and going to swim well the problem is that i cant even probaly fit in to a bikini im 155 pounds and i dont wanna run it to some one so if n e body could help me how to lose aleast 15 pounds b4 march 18 help pleaze or u can email me at soccergurl09@webtv.net thanks!!!

yo hey wassup.. good cool... yeah im trying to loose that much to by the same day!!! omg lol my frined told me to do this good diet... eat 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast... lunch is some turkey or vegitables or fruits.... snacks is water and dinner is meat or fish or w.e salald is good anytime dnot eat unless ur hungry

you could lose maybe 12 puonds if you really stay focused and on track, and exercise

Hi ummmm you are like umm setting to high a goal you could die if you try to lose that much so quick. You need to try to lose 2lbs a week
