hi,i'm 4rom blytheville,arkansas.and,i weigh or my weight is 156;s really hard being overweight 4 me because if i get too overweight i might die.i already have a disease that is known as asthama.which means i can't be around smoke and stuff.that's why i decided 2 get on a diet.HOLLA! if your working out, keep in mind to ALLWAYS carry an inhaler.

Eat healthy and exercise, diets are that healthy. Just eat small portions of the foods you want, and mainly have fruits and vegetables. Since you have asthama, try yoga, you can buy a beginners tape and go on from there. Or pilates is good too!
