hay,fattyfatty thats nothing i'm 12 & i weigh 234 pounds.i need help does anyone now any diets.what is the south beach diet.can you buy something that doesn't fit to intimidate u to loose weight .becouse i want to loose 100 pounds and i want to loose it in around 6 months.becouse i want to have a boyfriend but they always over look me even the boys my size i just hate it and i want it to stop.i need some one to help me thru it like someone who can write every day even if i don't see it but i promise i will reply to everyone becouse i'm not like some jerkes who don't wont to help.any ways wiil someone help me please i can't stand it anymore i realy can't.

...WOW! HUN thats heavy!! the best thing to do is be more active... work out more...and go on a diet now! If u dont want to, then stay in a healthy balanced diet BABE, that way u wont gain any weight.
Ask your mom or dad or guardian to help you achieve dat, for your lunch at school, take a sandwich and an apple ONLY... for LUNCH eat a salad, and jog every day,either that or participate in sports... In a couple of months babe, you'll be more fitter and you'll lose more weight... and be4 u know it, in about 3 years...YOUR SLIMMER THAN EVER!!! If u make it a habbit, it will work - TRUST ME.

The south beach diet is a reaaly good diet. First you have to buy the book at the store(wal-mart has it). There are meal plans and recipes in it. The first two weeks are the strict weeks. Thats when you cut out all of the bad foods, like bread, pasta,rice, potatoes, baked goods, or even fruit! After the first week, You could start adding the foods you couldn't have in the first two weeks, back. It works! Good luck!

Hey Chrissy, uh I hate to tell you, but you cant lose 100 pounds in 6 months healthily. You gotta do it gradually, like maybe the most being 2 or 2 and a half pounds a week. Just do a workout that you find fun...such as jumproping or swimming, and try not to eat a lot of junk food. I highly recommend buying an outfit of the size you want to be, it has helped me remain motivated to lose weight. Fad diets aren't the way to go, because even though they may work for some people, in the long run they pretty much gain all the weight back. So, basically, if you want to lose weight and keep it off for good, do an exercise you enjoy about 3 or 4 times a week, eat plenty of fruits and veggies, don't pig out on junk, though it is ok to cheat once in a while, and try to eat lean meat.
