HI I'm 13,5.2, and weight 150! HELP what do I do!!!I 've swiched from pop to Ice Tea thats a start but does anyone have any tips????

Drink water and milk, ice tea is still very fatening. but it's fine to get a pop or ice tea every once in a while.

if you get a suger craving brush your teeth i know it sound dumb but someone told me and it helps stop the craving some and your teeth are white if you use dressing measure out a serving and put a little white vinger on it it makes it look like you have more dressig Frenchblackrose@yahoo.com

hey,look.try 2 stop eating too much.if you get tempted to eat anything sweet go and drink some water OR make a little salad , NO dressing.bye.

its good you started with what you drink but try water and green tea you can make it hot then let it cool but some equal or splenda or sweet and low in it try smaller serving of what you eat eat the same thing but smaller in till your ready to stop thats what i did i have no pop inless diet no chips inless there wheat and no candy NO CANDY but you can have 1-4 picese a month how you eat them is up to you like a fire ball is one pieace a fun size candy bar is one pieace by doing this i have lost 5 1/2 pounds plus dayly fun excersize i hope i helped you can e-mail me at Frenchblackrose@yahoo.com
