help me i need to stop gaining like a pound a day and i want to get into bekines(?)! I just need to lose 30 pounds over the summer do u have any tips 4 me to fit into some of the bathing suits i love but i know wont look good on me

- Try not to eat anything before bedtime.
- Don't eat out too often, and go to Subway more then McDonald's, or A&W
- I've heard that counting calories works really well.
- The heathiest sport of supposed to be SWIMMING because it exercises every part of your body. Try swimming with your friends.
- Take up something new. One of my favorite sports is canoeing, try that. Or maybe take up tennis or something.
- Exercise with a friend. It makes it funner and more enjoyable.
- Help your Mom around the house. It burns calories! Weed the lawn, my favorite chore, Vacume, dust, mow the lawn, walk your dog. You could do any of these chores!!!
