Everyone at school thinks im fat but I didn't really untill of coarse, bathingsuit season. i really want to lose weight in my thighs and tummy does anyone have any tips or excercises? if so, thanks.i really want to feel better about myself because all life my grandmother has said things about me and i've hated the way i look.

i know how you feel my grandmother would say thing like your fat and dont eat that or you cant wear that she might not know hows shes hurting you mine dosent and i never told her but use the sadness as a reson to get up and move your feet e-mail me or im me im there for you Frenchblackrose@yahoo.com

You won't b-leve how many tips I have.
TIPS FOR EATING- you don't have to do all of these
1. Drink lots of water
2. Don't eat after 7:00 pm
3. Eat lots of fruits and veggies
4. Drink water b-4 a meal so you won't be as hungry
5. Try to stay away from fried foods, greasy stuff, and sugary stuff
6. You can go on one of these diets- Atkins, 1200 calories, south beach, low carb or no carb, no sugar or fried food
EXERSIZE- you don't have to do all of these at the same time
1. Run/jog/walk
2. push-ups
3. sit-ups
4. jumping-jacks
5. treadmale
6. and exersize machine
7. dancing at home to any music
8. skating (roller or ice)
9. any sport
10. just playing outside with friends
MORE TIPS
1. You could go to weight loss camp
2. post a picture of someone that u want to look like on your fridge so whenever you feel like pigging out, just look at that person and say " I am never gonna get like them if I keep pigging out ex: you could use a picture of Brittany Spears
3. Every day is a new day. If you mess up, start eating right again the next day. But try not to mess up anyway.
4. DON'T GIVE UP! If you give up, you will only be hurting YOURSELF. And if you keep giving up, you will never be able to stick to a diet. After the 2nd or 3rd day, things should be easier.
I think that's just about it. Well, good luck! AND DON'T GIVE UP. Just remind yourself how skinny you will be if you keep going. Trust me.
