Hey ALL, Im Katie. Im 12 years old. I weigh 194.5lbs. I am sick of being overweight. people tell me i am beautiful but i would really like 2 get down to at least 130 by the end of summer. im not sure what to do. i would like a "online coach" someone who i tell what i did that was exercises i did, how many i did, and to tell them what i ate so they can help me out with this weight issue. if you would like to be my coach, or be my online partner in losing weight please feel free to email meTearyeyedangel91@aol.com

Katie- I think it will be pretty difficult to lose that much weight over the summer. I weigh 195 too but I'm 17 and 5'7" My weight should be around 135. Therefore you should probably be more around 115 as a healthy weight. 80lbs of fat is quite a bit and will take more than a summer to lose. I say take it slow and gradually work at it. First try to get to 180, then to 160 and so one. Stop when you are at a weight you are comfortable with. My guess would be at 130, you would still have a substantial belly, just remember, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a chubby girl!
