Hi everyone! Im 13 yrs old. i weigh 177lbs! and i've tried going on a diet many times but always end up quitting and eating junk food! this summer im committed into going on a diet..last year i did the same but i gained 20lbs! and my family always go out to get dinner to like baffets and stuff!! I NEED SOME HELP!! anyone wanna give me advice or tips? oh and one thing does the South Beach Diet really word??

Hey im 13 also and i wiegh 157lbs. but i dont look like that i look about 102lbs. My friends are always telling me that im not fat.But i know the truth.Last year i was only like 84lbs. And i looked great in a swimming swit!I had the perfect body but now i wont even where shorts. I also am going on a diet this summer with one of my friends.I asked my mom if she could send me to fat camp but she said no because im not fat anoght. I need help please, some give me some ideas.

i am 5'9 and i wight is 290 and i have been trying to lose wight i just can't lose it my mom told me that i will always be big that is just the way it will be but she dont have to go to school and get called fat i do and it is not fun at all be this summer i am going on a diet and sticking to it. even if people in my family puts me down i am not going to look at them i will keep on doing what i am doing. so i will never give up.

hi i kinda have the same promblem but i guess i can control myself better during school year i kinda really watch what i eat but even if you can't do that try to remeber some of the things that your gym teacher does crunches are really easy so that is what i do when i wake and whan i go to bed so i hoped i hepled a little remeber start out with something simple

Hey, one of the best things to burn calories is to skip rope. Did you know that research indicates that 10 minutes of jumping rope is equal to 30 minutes of running at a 5.7 mph pace? Cool, huh? It's fun too! You can skip while watching TV, so then it won't be a waste of time. Some other things to try are, Don't eat anything one hour before bed. Drink lots of water. To make exercising more fun, do it with a friend. Hope I'm of help to you! :P!
