Hi my name is bea!, ive tryed to go on a diet 3 times!, and when i do, i ALWAYS! end up eating junk and going off track of it! im 4'8, and i weigh 130, i wanna look a big thinner and normal, i rollarblade almost EVERY day, and i do many sports!, and with summer coming, my dad and me go for slurpees on a regular bases, and its Very hard to say No......HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reply from your friend, Age 13 - 07/01/04 - IP#: 66.169.203.xxx hey i think that you and your dad should get slurpees and when you do if you have a dog go for a walk in the park with your dad every time you and your dad get slurpees even if you dont have a dog it could be fun or you can go to the park for a walk by yourself just grab a c.d player and one of your favorite c.ds and walk untill the c.d is over that should be like 45 mins. you can also lower your meals to like less than half a serving and you can eat every 3 to 4 hours and youl still get the amount of protein you need and you will never go hungry well hey if you ever need a friend to help you on your way to success email me please feel free any time my email is firstname.lastname@example.org
