My name is danielle and i want and need to loose weight, i always say to myself things are going to change and im going to eat healthy and not binge..but whenever i say that i always binge and feel guilty afterwards.. so wat i wanna know do i stick to my plans?..Thanx

You can stick to your plans by just maybe leaving yourself notes on the door or refridgerator or anywhere you'll see it! These notes can say what ever you want. Also it would help if you tried to loose weight with a partner so they can keep you going. You do have to remember to loose weight safely most likely your best bet would be to exercise. Just remeber though it's on the inside what counts!!

Well, first of all. You can drink lots and lots of water so you get filled up with water and then you may not eat as much and also excersise walk run, play, do whatever you can do to lose it!

Why don't you just eat smaller and when you are hungrey fill up on water you'd rather fill up on water then on candy and chips of just go out with your friends and go walking or if thats not fun for you jump rope with them, go to the local pool, or just dance or play tennis. My friends can dance real well so I go to dances and dance instead of sitting and watching them. I'm overwieght but every time I dance I sweat and then go home and have a salad or a big bottle of water...Trust me it will all work out in the end I have lost at least 5 lbs in the past few me if you want at lilactre

well, one thing you can do is simply try to snack on healthier snacks(fruits,veggies,ect) when you feel like you want to binge.
