Hey, I know your struggle. I am not overweight, but definately out of shape. I always tell myself that I will eat healthier, but then I just lose the time and patience. I am 14, and so I have grown up feeling this way, and I feel hopeless. I have tried something, though. You can go to www.seventeen.com and click on the place all with quizzes. Take the quiz that tells you what excersize is best for you. It gets you pumped and excited. They have other health stuff there too. Also, don't not eat food! that is the worst! what happens is if you don't provide all of the food from the food pyramid, and you eat only bread, or only salad, or something like that, then your matabolism slows down and you become less healthy, and you actually put on more weight! I have figured that out! if you dont eat anything at all, also, you lose weight too fast, and what is better: dying, or eating healthy and happy? you can eat the foods you like, just eat more of the reduced fat foods, or less of the full-fat foods. also, WALKING IS BETTER THEN RUNNING! go walking, maybe a half mile to a mile, if not more each day. you will find urself feeling happier! hope i helped!
