Well hey i mean if you r trying to lose wieght thats not really the way to do it but if you just want great abs then i would say as many as you can or until you feel you hv done enough.

you should start at 25 inthe mornin and 25 at night then do more each time

Monday-saturday you should do 75 throughout the day and on Sunday only 40.

About 50 in the morning and 50 at night!!! Or 25 in the morning and 25 at night!!!
